Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

This position is located in the University Police Department within the Division of Law Enforcement and Safety. This position is responsible for functions related to procurement, accounts payable and receivable, budgetary matters, and financial services.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience in business management, administrative services or related field; or equivalency.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in USC financial / procurement systems, such as PeopleSoft and Finance Intranet.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Collecting, scheduling and processing information with above average administrative and secretarial skills. At least one year experience in electronic data processing with knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
