Member Engagement Manager, Latin America and the Caribbean
The Member Engagement Manager, Latin America and the Caribbean proactively promotes and represents AACSB with business schools, businesses, and other key business education stakeholders with primary emphasis on the LAAC region. The manager is responsible for organizing and executing outreach activities, proactively engaging prospective members and strategic partners, increasing engagement and retention of current AACSB members, and collaborating with others to advance efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multilingual presentation, communication, and public speaking capabilities; the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team within a highly collaborative matrix environment to achieve objectives and goals associated with the organizational mission; and is flexible and innovative with a positive “can do” attitude. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, five years’ experience, and at least one year of experience living or working in Latin America. At least seven years’ experience and a master’s degree are preferred. Native Spanish speaker is highly desired; Portuguese is preferred. Frequent domestic and international travel is expected.
