Job description

Duties: The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, enthusiastic and well organized to coordinate research and various community mental health training initiatives occurring in Philadelphia amongst other states. Responsibilities may include: to oversee clinical research coordinators and research assistants; coordinating, create and manage written, online, and social media communications, ensuring that they are accurate and completed in a timely manner; coordinating the tasks of those who are creating future online content and coordinating any incoming responses from the online content; program evaluation efforts including but not limited to coordinating data collection from schizophrenia training initiatives; overseeing the timely completion of program evaluation efforts tasks according to timeline, supporting the submission and maintenance of Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions; maintaining regulatory binders; maintaining numerous database and study files; managing data and ensuring accurate entry; assisting with writing of manuscripts and grant applications; and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Some experience with learning and operating technology, social media, editing and managing a website is preferred.
