** EFFECTIVE START DATE FOR THIS POSITION TO BE NO EARLIER THAN SEPTEMBER 1, 2017 **The Division of Advancement is seeking a forwarding-thinking, client-services-oriented and organized individual who is interested in joining a dynamic team to help increase legacy giving at the University.Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:* Implements donor relations initiatives for the legacy society.* Coordinates, organizes and schedules planned giving marketing.* Organizes and maintains planned giving data and records.* Utilizes Raiser's Edge database to achieve requested outcomes.* Provides administrative support in the planned giving department including scheduling and appointment-setting.* Proofreads, edits and ensures accuracy of proposals, gift agreements and other documents.* Conducts basic planned giving research as needed.The University of North Texas System is firmly committed to equal opportunity and does not permit - and takes actions to prevent - discrimination, harassment (including sexual violence), and retaliation on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, family status, genetic information, citizenship or veteran status in its application and admission processes, educational programs and activities, facilities, and employment practices. The successful candidate will possess an Associate's Degree and three years of office administration experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
