The CU Succeed Program within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences has an opening for a full-time University Staff (unclassified) CU Succeed Coordinator position.

Position Emphasis:

This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of the CU Succeed Programs and is responsible for coordinating and supporting the administrative functions of the CU Succeed Office. The CU Succeed Coordinator functions as the first point of contact for the public, answers general program questions and provides information and assistance to students, teachers, and parents pertaining to registration procedures and deadlines, payment of tuition, acquisition of transcripts, and dropping and adding courses. This person will be tasked with revamping and maintaining the programs' website, as well as data collection, analysis, reporting, program evaluation and the maintenance of databases necessary to support the various program functions. The CU Succeed Coordinator will also collect and track instructor application materials and human resources documentation, student registrations, student petitions, and other forms, documents, and materials related to program operations.

Salary and Benefits:

The hiring salary range for this position has been established at $48,000 to $53,000 and is commensurate with skills and experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using integrated student information systems like CU SIS used at CU Denver.
  • Experience using Human Resource information systems Human Capital Management or PeopleSoft.
  • Experience with website layouts and navigation design.
  • Experience building and maintaining Access data base, or similar.
