ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, Digital Learning and Innovation (4963/H1617)
The Administrative Coordinator provides high-level support to the Directors, staff and programs of units that full under Digital Learning and Innovation (DL&I), Reporting directly to the Financial Manager this position supports the Director of Digital Learning Initiative and the department, the Director of Educational Technology, Communications manager, and the Senior Advisor of Academic & Emerging Technologies.
B.A./B.S. required, one to three years of relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication is essential. Ability to establish and maintain respectful, cooperative, productive work relationships. Strong organizational and project management capabilities, including the ability to manage a variety of complex projects and priorities, coordinate with others, and follow projects through to completion. Initiative to organize, prioritize, plan, and manage own work activities according to necessary timelines and schedules. Tact and discretion with sensitive/confidential information. Ability to operate comfortably in a wide variety of roles, whether behind the scenes, or publicly representing the offices in a professional manner. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of Qualtrics, MailChimp & WordPress for website content maintenance and SAP a plus.
