Job Summary: The Department of Athletics, Fitness and Recreation at Skidmore College invites applications for an Associate Crew Coach. This is a nine-month position (September-May). Duties will include assisting the men's and women's crew program. In addition to being an active recruiter of student-athletes on campus, the position will include assisting the head coach in all aspects of daily boathouse operation (maintenance and repair), administrative duties, home regatta and trip preparations. The position will also include facility, home game management and/or equipment room responsibilities. Opportunities exist for additional income through coaching the community rowing program.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree with a successful background in coaching crew on the college, club or high school desired, and successful background as a competitive oarperson or coxswain.
