SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Questrom School of Business, Finance & Administration (4961/H1517)
The Senior Program Coordinator (SPC) provides clerical and administrative support to Questrom School of Business Academic Departments (including Department Chairs, full-time faculty, and part-time faculty) as assigned by Administrative Services Leads (ASLs). Responsible for fulfilling administrative duties regarding academic personnel as directed by the Deans Office. Under the direction of two Administrative Services Leads, work closely with Department Chairs and Faculty Actions personnel to initiate and process faculty actions paperwork, reconcile internal Course Planning software, and serve as a resource for course scheduling. Responsible for assigned department and faculty budgets and expense management, as well as reviewing assigned faculty reimbursement reports through Concur. Assists assigned faculty with purchasing supplies and processing expense reimbursements. Serve as a liaison to the Deans Office.
A.A. degree or equivalent, B.A/B.S. degree preferred, strong communications skills, both written and oral, ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects independently and meet deadlines, excellent attention to detail, demonstrated bookkeeping experience, familiarity with database management, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, extensive computer skills, including MS Office and one to three years of experience in clerical/administrative position.
