Operations and Records Assistant II
Summary of the Position
The Operations and Records Assistant is responsible for entering all applications for the Graduate School into the Banner application system. Data entry is critical to the ability to evaluate candidates for enrollment. This function has a direct impact on the institution achieving its enrollment goals.
Data entry of incoming graduate applications Completion of web-loaded applications Completing all check lists in Banner for applicant tracking Distributing incoming applicant mail to the appropriate areas in Graduate Admission
Minimum Qualifications(Education and Experience Requirements)
High School diploma or equivalent AND 2-4 years of related experience. PC proficiency with knowledge of Windows applications, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and proficient in data entry and typing.
This position requires sitting for long periods of time in front of a computer. Additionally this position may be required to walk to other departments across campus to drop off or pick up application materials. Filing in this position also will require standing and bending for extended periods during the day.
