Job Description

The Gravie Member Advisor Coordinator will support the Advisor Team and assist in their day-to-day operations.


Provide general administrative support to Gravie's Member Advisor Team, including but not limited to:

• Prepare member files and organize member's applications

• During busy times, answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for Member Advisor Team

• Respond to general inquires from Gravie Members over email

• Ensure member activity database is kept up to date with contact information, policy information, and renewal census data

• Prepare outgoing mailings for Gravie members and process incoming mail for the Member Advisor Team

• Organize and manage Gravie's licensing and broker appointments across the country
  • Demonstrate Gravie's core competencies of authenticity, curiosity, creativity and outcome orientation


• Two years of full-time customer service or administrative support experience (or part-time experience to equal two years or more of full-time experience), or related post-high school education

• High degree of organization, accuracy, detail and results orientation

• Ability to deal well with ambiguity, shift gears comfortably, and make decisions without having the total picture.

• Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all types of individuals

• Ability to learn quickly, follow directions, and follow through accurately and timely

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

• Experience with entering/updating data in electronic databases, and with Microsoft Office software suite, especially Word and Excel

• Proven ability to get results and thrive in an unstructured and evolving environment

• Familiarity and understanding of health insurance or the health care industry is a plus
