Job Description

Accounting Team Leader

Our small ($5million annual revenues) growing company is looking for a team leader with at least 3 years experience. Oversee accounts payable and receivable tracking, financial reports, inventory management and more. The successful candidate is a mature, energetic, creative personality able to engage in tasks involving bookkeeping, operations, procedures and organizational efficiency. You must be a quick study and have an outgoing personality. Full time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Company's mission is to double in size as we become the preferred supplier of parts to the global food, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing industries. Must have minimum 3 years experience in A/P, A/R, Procurement, Payroll, Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel)

Requirements:

• Bank reconciliations

• Cash Flow management

• Paying Vendor Bills

• Online Banking

• Delegate tasks to Accounting Team as training continues.

• Verify Vat Tax filings are completed and summited on time.

• Assist A/R collection on customer accounts that need to be placed on credit holds.

• Reporting quarterly financials and backup of software and documents for the accountant's review.
