Degree and Area of Specialization:

A Bachelor's degree is required. A major in marketing communications, corporate communications, journalism, English or related field is preferred.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

One to two years of professional writing and editing experience is preferred, particularly experience with marketing and informational content with for websites or other communications channels. Entry-level candidates with relevant experience in an internship or other professional context will also be considered. Experience within higher education is a plus.



Position Summary:

The Wisconsin School of Business (WSB) has an exciting opportunity to tap your talents in writing and editing for one of the top-rated business schools in the country. Our Academic Technology and Web (ATW) department is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual who can think strategically while developing and delivering well-crafted copy for both external and internal target audiences. The primary responsibilities of the position include planning, writing, and editing content for the various pages and sections of the WSB website, in support of the brand and strategic communications objectives of the School.
