Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Program Supervisor - Safety, this position will be responsible for management of operational data systems that provide technical support to the WiSCon Program. Monitor utilization data to ensure optimum utilization of computer resources. Provide analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems. Serve as contact person for implementation of OIS - OSHA Information System. Provide technical assistance and local application support to staff. Train staff on a group or individual basis. Evaluate and recommend IT enhancements and alternatives to management.

Office administration and data management services are provided for the Safety Consultation Program (Program Manager, and 4 Consultants.) Telephone and personal contact with the Wisconsin employers and various Federal, Regional and state personnel is required to promote the program and resolve various problems or computer defaults.



Schedule Comment:

Normal working hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 4:30 pm.
