Knowledge of curriculum design, evaluation, and training delivery methods. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Knowledge of adult learning theory. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and to function effectively on self-directed work teams. Working knowledge of relevant computer software. Excellent grammar skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
