ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, CENTER FOR INNOVATION IN SOCIAL WORK AND HEALTH, School of Social Work, Ad
This position provides administrative support to the SSW Center for Innovation in Social Work and Health (CISWH) by supporting the Director; processing purchases, disbursements, and reimbursements; maintenance of inventories and assisting in facilities requests for space management; assisting as directed in supporting the production of grant proposals; and providing general administrative support. This position serves as a liaison to the School of Social Work Finance and Administration department and other administrative offices. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.
Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of related work experience. Ability to prioritize work and multi-task effectively. Demonstrate discretion with confidential information. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
