Superintendent (Commercial Construction)
SUPERINTENDENT ( COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION)
Multiple Positions and Locations Available including Denver AND Colorado Springs!!!
Directly supervise and coordinate all day to day activities in a Commercial Construction environment.
Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
Supervise, coordinate, or schedule all phases of ground up construction.
Confer with managerial personnel, other departments, or sub-contractors to resolve problems or to coordinate activities.
Order or requisition materials or supplies.
Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment, using measuring and marking equipment.
Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.

Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of construction experience, including experience in a supervisory capacity.
Minimum of 5 years of ground up commercial construction experience.
Must be willing to travel
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must pass a drug test
