Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Big Data/Spark Developer to become an integral part of our development team! You will design strategies for database systems as well as set standards for operations, programming and security.

Job Title: Sr. Big Data/Spark Developer

Location: San Francisco - USA (Face to Face interview)

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Education: Bachelor of Computer Science , Engineering

Duration:- CTH

  • Design and construct large relational databases
  • Integrate new systems with existing in-house structure
  • Perform security assessment for potential risks
  • Refine system performance and functionality
  • Provide architecture guidance and support to technical leads
  • Research new technologies and develop proofs of concept


• Minimum 5 years of experience in Big data technologies

• Expertise in installing, tuning and operating Apache Spark and one/two or more related technologies like Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, MLlib or GraphX

• Experience in Hadoop like Pig, Hive and NoSQL systems like Hbase, Cassandra, Druid

• Experience on AWS cloud

• Strong Problem solving and good communication skills

• Must have worked in establishing an environment having Petabyte scale of data

• Performance oriented development approach

• Ability to learn and implement latest cutting edge technologies
