Duties: The Penn Center for Women's Behavioral Wellness, within the Department of Psychiatry, is recruiting for a position of Clinical Research Coordinator A. The position requires clinical research experience, including interaction with both adults and children. Individuals with a background in clinical rotations, research recruitment, administration of cognitive assessments, as well as laboratory experience collecting/processing blood and urine, are preferred. The purpose of this position is to assist with and manage the coordination of up to 5 perinatal and infertility research projects.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate must also have effective problem solving skills, an ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment, and a strong ability to work with details. A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, is preferred. Preference will be given to the candidate with applicable background in clinical care and research, particularly in the context of a medical setting. Experience with blood collection and processing preferred. Experience maintaining databases, particularly in REDCap is preferred. Successful candidate must be highly motivated and have a strong ability to interact effectively with supervisors, physicians, program leaders, clinical and non-clinical support staff, research subjects, research staff, and administrators. Experience administering neuropsychological and mental health interviews, specifically the Mental Status Exam and M.I.N.I. MINI INTERNATIONAL NEUROPSYCHIATRIC INTERVIEW, are required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
