Duties: The Director of Communications is responsible for internal and external communications to customers of the Division of Finance including, students, faculty, researchers ,staff and other constituents. Create, review and deliver a variety of print, electronic and web based communications, the majority with a focus on student financial services. This position will represent division interests in external forums and will serve as primary liaison with student groups in collaboration with DOF, Admissions and VPUL offices. Manage the content of the Division website in coordination with internal web team. Collaborates regularly with communication colleagues across the University.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination. Experience in communications or public relations preferred.

Candidate should possess strong oral and written skills and be proficient with PowerPoint and other communications software and tools. Higher Ed experience a plus.
