Posting Summary:
The Department of Religious Studies, the Darden School of Business and the Contemplative Sciences Center are seeking a part time assistant researcher to work on several distinct projects.

The research will include a curriculum project headquartered at UVA but which is being developed and implemented at several Universities. Additional research time will be spent on assisting with a business innovation and climate change initiative. Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to engage in secondary research, collect and analyze primary data, and conduct qualitative interviews as required. The position will also be partly responsible for editing and reviewing work for a digital collection of field research to be included in an on-line collection of materials. Applicants with fluency in Chinese and English are encouraged to apply.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Applicants must have demonstrated ability to engage in secondary research, collect and analyze primary data, and conduct qualitative interviews. The ability to review research material for quality control purposes is required. The ability to pay attention to detail and to work independently as well as part of a team is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
