Job Description: Coordinates the processing of incoming applications and associated data such as standardized test scores and high school and college transcripts. Reviews applications, high school transcripts, test scores, etc. for use in rendering admissions decisions. Utilizes document imaging and application computer systems to store and manage application data. Verifies all data for accuracy, authenticity and completeness.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Special Instructions to Applicants: This position is subject to the Career Banding Salary Administration Plan. If candidates are not identified at the Journey level, management may consider candidates at a lower competency level. Pay will be commensurate with applicant's competencies as well as budget, equity, and market considerations. Salary Grade Equivalent: 61 (for reduction-in-force priority purposes only)
