Earth, Ocean, Atmopshereic Science (EOAS)
Provide full time OPS support for the EOAS Department's office. Provide assistance with basic office functions, such as answering questions from faculty, staff, and students, answering phones, and stocking supplies. Responsible for providing support with maintenance requests, assisting with copiers, distributing mail, and helping with department vehicle check outs.
High school diploma or equivalency and two years experience; or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to two years.
Experience in an office setting. Experience working with Microsoft Office or compatible program.
Experience providing excellent customer service.
This is an OPS/temporary Job.
If not otherwise specified, schedule is M-F, 9-3.
