Responsibilities

This temporary, full-time faculty position will include teaching in the undergraduate nursing program. This position will teach 4 clinical groups per semester for Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 semesters.

Responsibilities will include clinical teaching, collaboration with other faculty within and across courses in the nursing program and other duties as assigned by the undergraduate nursing chair and dean.


Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in nursing; Current RN license in Virginia. 3-5 years experience in clinical practice, preferably in obstetrics/women's health, mental health or medical-surgical nursing.


Preferred Qualifications

Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field; some clinical teaching or preceptor experience preferred.
