PROGRAM ADMIN COORDINATOR

Duties: The Program Administrative Coordinator manages a wide variety of internal and external projects and events. In addition to taking the lead on coordination of all logistics for our monthly noon conference and outreach events this position involves functioning as the main point person for all planning details and complex logistics for our multi-day annual scientific conference. The person in this role works with a number of high level collaborators including our internal and external advisory board members and their administrative assistants. He/she supports the Administrative Director on all administrative aspects of the Basser Center's grants and global prize programs, as well as coordinating the schedule and travel of the Executive Director. The position functions as the overall supportive role for the Basser Center's physical space including ongoing management of our office space and related staff support. Due to the recurring nature of a number of Center initiatives, the person in this position will establish systems for tracking event and program details which enable the employee to work independently and increase our overall efficiency.

Qualifications: The minimum of a High School diploma and 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. College degree or coursework preferred.
