Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Job Summary Reporting to the Associate Director for Strategy & Operations, the Office Manager/Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to Peabody Awards leadership and manages the daily operations of the office, performing routine administrative and financial duties. This position works to provide broad support for fellow staff and business operations as needs arise. On limited occasion around the awards submission and ceremony calendar, this position requires travel and the ability to work from a remote location or outside of business hours. The Peabody Awards honor the most powerful, enlightening and invigorating stories in television, radio and digital media. Each year, Peabody Awards are bestowed upon a curated collection of 30 stories that capture society's most important issues?known as the Peabody 30. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and four years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and two years of responsible office experience OR Bachelor's degree.
