Job Summary:

This position will perform a variety of routine maintenance tasks to the WI Union's buildings,grounds and equipment. Provide assistance to trades staff through such tasks as preparing surfaces for painting or executing rough woodwork required for building alterations and remolding. This position is responsibile for implentation of plans and maintenance of mixed landscape beds, lawns and other grounds maintenance tasks.

The work is performed under the general supervision of the Building Superintendent.



Schedule Comment:

Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 3:00 pm
with rotating weekend shift every 8 weeks (approximately).

Schedule may vary based on business needs, including nights/weekends and/or holidays.
