Department Overview
The Department of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology strives to provide the finest professional education in both speech-language pathology and audiology while maintaining an excellent Arts and Sciences pre-professional undergraduate degree. The program stresses excellence in teaching, service, and scholarly work by its faculty and students. As a component of the educational program, the department operates the UNT Speech and Hearing Center. The Center offers professional services to members of our campus community and the general public for the purpose of providing clinical training for students. The Center offers state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment of speech, language, and hearing disorders.

Job Description
* This posting is an hourly position and is non-benefits eligible.

The Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Hourly-Educational Audiologist to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

* Coordinating the contracts and workload of educational audiologists.
* Providing services to public school students through those contracts.

Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Audiology and a current license to practice in the State of Texas. Must also have reliable transportation to travel to contract locations./schools.

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:

* Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
* Previous experience in the school setting / educational audiology.
