Summary of Job Duties
The Administrative Support Supervisor is the assistant to the Department Chair in the Information Systems Department. This position is responsible for managing the Department Chair's calendar and travel, as well as assisting with reports, departmental budgets, class scheduling, and correspondence. Additionally, this position supervises the other office staff to ensure that the Information Systems faculty, Ph.D. students, and students majoring in Information Systems receive the administrative assistance they need.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- The formal education of a high school diploma
- At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field
- At least four years of experience in administrative support, including one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
