Administrative Support Associate I

Provides prompt and accurate support for the Associate Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Technical Compliance Officer, Title IX Compliance Officer, and two Equal Opportunity Investigators. Serves as the initial contact in aiding faculty, staff and students seeking information regarding equal opportunity, equity, discrimination, Title IX, or disability accommodations. General office management to include scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, ordering supplies, reimbursements, compiling reports, maintaining case files, charts and support documents; database, payroll, and personnel files.

Physical Requirements

Sitting for long periods of time. Occasionally lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 30lbs.Occasionally walking long distances (campus-wide).


Monday-Friday; 8:00;am-4:30;pm (37.5 hours/week).


SAP, Microsoft Office and Outlook, Windows, and Alchemy.

Bachelors Degree and one year of experience in administrative or clerical support.
