This position does not require the applicant to be present for an exam. However, you must submit an exam request form to be considered. The University will conduct a credential assessment. Your exam score will be based on the application materials submitted.

Position Description:
The University of Illinois' Housing Department seeks a Human Resource Associate to consult and provide guidance at Housing for payroll related matters. This position will process employee transactions and pay adjustments across multiple systems, including configuring and assigning codes. This Human Resource Associate will represent Housing Payroll on committees developing human resource programs as well as Housing policies, programs, and goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources administration, labor relations, business administration, or a field related to the position
2. Two years of work experience performing professional-level human resources duties
3. Additional education, training and/or work experience in the area of specialization inherent to the position may be required
