Advertised Job Summary: To serve as primary Purchaser and Facilities liaison for the College of Pharmacy. Perform supply and facility-related responsibilities for the College. Also administratively support the Business Office of the College, as needed. Duties include, but, are not limited to: purchase goods and services for the College on the USC Purchasing card; review requests for purchases to determine whether to send for competitive quotes, to purchase for state contract, or purchase using the USC Purchasing card; responsible for receiving delivery of packages, input of delivery receipt, and delivery notification to recipients. Serves as College facilities representative: will meet with faculty and applicable personnel for renovation planning and will meet with Dean and Assistant Dean quarterly to advise on potential office, classroom and lab issues; serves as College facilities representative; meets with faculty and applicable personnel for renovation planning; meets with Dean and Assistant Dean quarterly to advise on potential office, classroom and lab issues; assists with property control, common maintenance issues; responsible for coordination of repairs within the College; and, administrative assistance in the budget office and dean's office, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.
