The Center for Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning (CASTL) in the Curry School of Education seeks applicants for multiple part-time Connect Science Video Technicians. Video Technicians support data collection efforts of the Connect Science Project by filming project participants in classrooms located in Nashville, TN. Duties also include uploading video, sharing video through project platforms, and cataloging data.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree or current enrollment in an institution of higher education is preferred. Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required. Strong ability to multitask and take initiative to work independently is essential, as are excellent interpersonal skills, and being comfortable interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Reliable transportation for traveling between schools (mileage reimbursed) is required. Ability to use and troubleshoot technology, including video cameras, laptops and tablets is essential.
