Advertised Job Summary
Under moderate supervision, this position provides solutions to end-user computer and networking problems of a basic to moderate nature to ensure end user productivity for the Division of Medicaid Policy Research (MPR) at the Institute for Families and Society. It also provides assistance in the administration of specific databases, servers (e.g., SQL and Web servers) and systems (e.g., active directory) and the support and maintenance of all computing resources (e.g., LAN, desktops, laptops and mobile devices).Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
A Bachelor's degree in an IT related field and 1 year of experience in office automation systems, data system design/administration, networking, installation, operation, maintenance, or processing of information in a data processing environment or related systems, or equivalency.Preferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
