Hospitality Staffing Operations Manager Bi-Lingual

The Successful Candidate will be responsible for Ensuring service Excellence is being delivered to our Established Client Base. Effectively Mentoring, Motivating, and leading subordinates are critical to success in this positions.
Candidate must have a warm and welcoming personality, and enjoy interacting with both hotel managers and team members alike. The candidate will be comfortable recruiting and screening team members for hotel clients.
Must be Bilingual: Spanish/English, High level of integrity, Highly motivated,
Ability to multi-task.
Experience: Must have Staffing background, Hospitality or Retail Management. Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities : Recruiting, screening team members, processing payroll, Work site visits, workers Compensation knowledge.
Compensation: Salary , bonus, Car Allowance, Laptop & Company Phone.
