Summary of Duties:
This position is responsible for ensuring that a high level of customer service and exam integrity is attained in all interaction with students, staff and faculty while carrying out the responsibilities of the Global Campus Proctoring Service (GCPS).
These duties include providing coordination and support for proctoring, shipping and technical functions. This position may serve as a liaison to proctors at a distance, provide training and supervision for time-slip proctors, proctor online exams, ship media and exams and respond to student and instructor technical support and exam related questions submitted via email, or phone call.
Additionally, the incumbent may provide training to instructors as a part of the Global Campus eLearning Services.
This position works varied hours and requires weekend work hours.
High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
