Paramount Studio Supervisor - Seasonal

Reports to the Associate Production Manager to administrate the daily use of the Paramount Rehearsal Studios and Practice Rooms. Facilitate communication and manage resources to create a positive user experience. Assist in the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of student employees. Work closely with faculty users to address needs and concerns as they arise. Allocate and maintain inventory. Monitor equipment and facilities and place maintenance/repair requests when needed.

Campus Location: Boston Campus

Required Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong communication and computer skills

Preferred/Desirable Knowledge:
Understanding of basic audio/visual equipment.

Required Prior Work Experience:
1-2 years customer service or related experience

Job Duties:
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the Paramount Rehearsal Studios and Practice Rooms. Solve problems as they arise and stay in close communication with the associate production manager to find resolutions and anticipate future needs. Enforce policy.
  • Work with the associate production Manager to hire, train, and supervise student employees.
  • Maintain and allocate Paramount Rehearsal Studio and Practice Room Inventory.
  • Maintain Paramount Rehearsal Studio and Practice Room Schedules in electronic calendar systems.
  • Interface with faculty and student users to address needs and concerns. Create a positive experience for all users.
