Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides a wide range of administrative support for the Skidmore Fund program, a fundraising effort that raises $7+ million annually. This staff member supports a Senior Associate Director and Assistant Director with class fundraising campaigns, travel planning/arrangements, correspondence, reports, data entry, program and volunteer management. In addition, the Administrative Assistant supports fundraising programs that includes Reunion Giving, Young Alumni, and Senior Gift.

Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years of secretarial/administrative support, proofreading and grammar skills, word processing experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service; polished telephone skills; ability to work in busy office environment and team setting; proven ability to work independently; strong project management skills; confidentiality; flexibility; initiative. Solid experience with Microsoft applications with particular emphasis on Excel. High School degree/College or Business Degree.
High proficiency in technology including Advance database, Adobe Photoshop and desktop publishing.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour commensurate with experience. Internal candidates may fall outside of this range and should contact Nancy Bruno with any individual questions.
