Summary of Job Duties
In support of the Undergraduate Programs Office (UGPO), the Administrative Specialist I job duties will include greeting students and visitors, answering phones and questions, and directing students and visitors to appropriate person(s) and/or office(s). This position will schedule appointments for UGPO staff; provide correspondence and reports as needed; assist with New Student Orientation and Commencement; and perform other related duties as assigned.
Regular, non-disruptive and reliable attendance is an essential job duty, as well as the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Physical Conditions None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
