SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR, School of Law, Administration (4726/F2217)
This position delivers a wide range of administrative support to faculty and the Faculty Services department. Provides support to multiple faculty to assist in the performance of their teaching, research/publications, and administrative duties, including maintenance of course websites and incorporating faculty edits into drafts of manuscripts and articles using MS Word and Adobe Acrobat. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting callers and taking messages, ordering supplies, copying/scanning, managing MS Outlook calendars, travel arrangements, and completing expense and travel reimbursements.
Two years of college, B.A./B.S. preferred. One to three years of office support, preferably in a large organization or university setting. Proficiency in using MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills. A professional manner and the ability to be flexible and work independently. Flexibility to work 9:30 5:30 when classes are in session.
