Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the LAB Clinical Coordinator will enhance student performance, knowledge, and critical thinking in the provision of safe and effective client care as evidenced by satisfactory achievement of the clinical evaluation outcomes in the Nursing Program. This will result in a qualified and well-trained Becker College nursing graduate and enhance the reputation of the program and the College.

This position coordinates the activities of faculty and students in the lab and clinical setting through compliance with regulatory and programmatic policies and procedures of the Nursing Program. Coordinates lab and clinical schedules, adjunct hiring / orientation, clinical contracts, adjunct contracts and clinical site contract management. Schedules and works in open labs supporting students through remediation and skills acquisition. Proctors exams as necessary.    Works closely with FT faculty and the PT clinical coordinator. 

 A Mass RN license in good standing, MS in Nursing, and CPR certification required.  Two years’ full-time experience in nursing within the last five years required.   Interest in clinical laboratory technology involving computers and simulations; and excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
