Job description

Duties: The purpose of this position is to support the Nonprofit Leadership Master's Degree Program at the School of Social Policy & Practice.

This includes assisting in the day-to-day activities of the NPL Program and working closely with the program director and associate director on program needs, providing resources to current students and alumni, and assisting with marketing, branding and expansion of the programs reach within Penn and beyond.

Position is contingent on continued funding.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 5 to 7 years of experience or relevant combination of education and experience; demonstrated ability to: organize tasks and set priorities, multi-task competently, take initiative and assume responsibility for support functions work in small office environment with team approach, handle confidential information; strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills; computer expertise including entire MS Office suite, spreadsheet and database, networked computer environment; able to work accurately under pressure; knowledge of PENN systems a plus; creative thinking and dedication to tasks; and enjoys working as part of a fast paced team environment. Knowledge of design software a plus. Occasional evening or weekend work is required.
