Posting Summary:
The Department of Medicine, Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant. This position provides advanced administrative support to the Chief of the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, and Division faculty as needed. Incumbent is responsible for office organization and administration, correspondence, pre- and post-travel coordination, recruitment logistics and support, calendar maintenance, communications, clinical support, administrative support for team members, and maintenance of up-to-date licensures and curricula vitae. The incumbent serves as the primary administrative contact for the Division Chief, and provides planning and logistical support for special events.

Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four years of administrative experience, preferably in an academic physician office and/or hospital setting. A Bachelor's degree may substitute for years of experience, and minimum of four years of experience providing executive administrative support for a division chief or department chair and multiple other physicians in an academic medical setting is preferred. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Familiarity with Oracle (Purchasing and Finance modules), Visio, EPIC (electronic health information system), and When to Work or Qgenda (calendar/scheduling software) are desired.

This position is restricted and contingent upon the continuation of funding.
