The Department of Family Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: * Coordinate research projects as a member of a research team and perform tasks such as, but not limited to, recruiting, enrolling, consenting and interviewing research subjects, maintaining research files and maintaining research databases as assigned. * Serve as the Departmental IRB liaison. Responsible for knowing local research and Institutional Review Board regulations and federal research regulations as applicable to this study. Understand the IRB protocol for studies and ensure that it is followed. * Participate in the recording and analysis of research data and in the production of publications and presentations related to the research project. * Be responsible for maintaining study records as directed by other members of the research team. * Assist in preparing study reports, data and budget reports, to Institutional Review Board and funding agencies. * Conduct literature searches * Participate in a number of ongoing interdisciplinary research projects related to primary care and clinical research. * Conduct data review and entry.The University of North Texas System is firmly committed to equal opportunity and does not permit - and takes actions to prevent - discrimination, harassment (including sexual violence), and retaliation on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, family status, genetic information, citizenship or veteran status in its application and admission processes, educational programs and activities, facilities, and employment practices.
