Mathematical & Physical Sciences:  Assistant Professor of Chemistry, position to start August 2018. Primary teaching duties for this position may include General Chemistry, GOB Chemistry, Fundamentals of Organic Chemistry, Outlines of Biochemistry, and their associated laboratories, as well as a variety of chemistry courses for non-science majors; research should be in areas that enable collaboration with Miami science or engineering faculty and involve undergraduate students.  Additional duties include providing general advising to undergraduates and performing service to the department, the university, and the community.  Miami-Hamilton is an open admission regional campus of a highly-regarded public university.  Associate and bachelor degrees in select areas are offered, as well as the first two years of most majors offered on the main campus.

Required:  Ph.D. in Chemistry or Biochemistry by date of appointment and demonstrated teaching experience.
