Summary of Duties:
The Transfer Resource Center (TRC) Coordinator in the Transfer Clearinghouse coordinates services and activities necessary for transfer student success at Washington State University and provides transfer information to internal and external constituents. Specifically, the TRC Coordinator serves as a source of information for current and prospective transfer students and acts as the first point of contact for new and continuing transfer students, providing accurate, timely, relevant transfer information. The Coordinator teaches a transfer seminar, leads workshops related to transfer, participates in transfer related presentations and orientations, and assists in the development and implementation of outreach and retention programs to meet student needs identified by the Transfer Clearinghouse. The TRC Coordinator may process and track course equivalency requests. The TCH Coordinator also participates in the National Student Exchange program administration.

Required Qualifications:
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a yearforyear basis.
