Advertised Job Summary: The Coordinator for Operations is responsible for working with the Senior Assistant Director for Operations to provide program support in the Operations division of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The Coordinator will have a full range of admissions responsibilities, including processing applications; coordinating workflow for Operations staff members; limited recruitment travel; representing the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at on- and off-campus recruitment programs; and developing relationships and collaborating with relevant campus offices. The Coordinator will represent the University to prospective students when they visit the University, write or call the admissions office, and when they require special programs or individual counseling. The Coordinator will review and make decisions on applications for admissions to the University. The overall purpose of the Coordinator will be to take a leadership role in proposing new and creative ideas to ensure prospective students have been personally, effectively, and knowledgeably served, while working toward the highest yield of enrolled students from the admitted group. Position requires some evening and weekend work and may also require occasional travel.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Masters degree in Student Services or related field, or bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience.
