HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST II
Job Summary The HR Specialist II will function as the primary assistant to FMD Safety Coordinator. The position will be responsible for the FMD Worker's Compensation Program. Employee will also administer and coordinate the FMD Return to Work Program. Occasionally, the position will be responsible for coordinating ADA accommodation. Employee will also be primary contact for personal protective equipment distribution (Rx safety glasses and work boots). This position will be responsible for accumulating all safety statistics and injury, training and medical surveillance record keeping for our staff of approximately 900 full time employees. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college/university with a Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of experience in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
