Performs all administrative support duties, including arranging appointments, answering and screening telephone calls, mail processing and completion of tasks for an efficient and productive office.

Responsibilities

Coordinates meetings as needed, reserves rooms, orders refreshments, and sends notifications, agenda for meetings and various other special meetings which need to be arranged



Assist the Office Manger with daily office tasks, such as maintaining office files, purchase orders, faxing, and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Current Saint Leo Student in good standing

Ability to sit for up to 8 hours

Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
