DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, Questrom School of Business, Finance & Administration (4908/H0317)
As a key member of the administration of the Questrom School of Business, the Director will represent the schools interest in school-related operations; perform in-depth analysis of Questrom facilities-related spending and space utilization; prioritize project proposals based on need and budgetary considerations; oversee Questrom renovation & furniture budgets; manage and rationalize assignment of faculty & staff offices; oversee scheduling of Questrom-controlled spaces; and prioritize non-academic usage. Additionally, working closely with the Office of the Provost and Facilities Management and Planning (FMP), this position will serve as the primary Questrom School of Business contact for all construction, renovation, repair and maintenance projects.
BA/BS Required, Masters Degree Preferred. 5-8 years relevant experience required, particularly in budget management, analysis and forecasting, and project management. Experience working with facilities professionals required. Higher education experience preferred. MUST INCLUDE COVER LETTER IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
