Position Summary	
The Department of English & Creative Writing at Susquehanna University invites applications for a tenure track position as an Assistant Professor of Creative Writing (Creative Nonfiction), beginning in August 2018. Teaching responsibilities include several levels of creative nonfiction workshops as well as first-year composition and introductory literature or genre surveys. Ability to teach poetry classes is an advantage. The successful candidate will show publishing promise (e.g. a book or shorter work in reputable print/online journals and/or magazines), excel as a teacher, and also show exemplary interest in building and maintaining Susquehanna University's nationally-distinguished undergraduate creative writing major. The standard teaching load is 3/3.

Required Qualifications	
All candidates must present evidence of creative, literary, and teaching potential. PhD. preferred, MFA and ABD considered.
